The high antibacterial properties of the unique manuka tree result not only from its species, but its resilience against frequent weather changes in short time frames resulting in a robust honey with distinct properties that assist with boosting the immune system and promoting healing.
Dry premium raw honey is not heated or treated in any way, retaining all its natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. Our apliarist is in conversion to organic certification and this honey is 100% chemical and preservative free. Raw honey may crystalise, place jar in warm to soften. Store below 30 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight. Does not require refrigeration. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
