The ultimate blend of calming, soothing and nutritionally targeting teas. A fantastic blend for when you need to destress or if you are recovering from a cold.
To brew, use 1-2 tsp and steep in hot water (88C-98C) for 3-4 minutes.
Store in an airtight container and keep in a cool, dry place.
